Using the telemarketing route to market, generally one Innzone team of 4-5 telesales agents will call, explain and sell a supplier's product
to their 34,000 database of retailers over the course of 12 months. To purchase the product, the retailer can say simply "yes" to
accepting the product on the call, without needing to part with any payment details. The following day the goods are sent out direct
from Innzone's warehouse, on next-day courier service, and the charge is then added to the customer's weekly newspaper invoice from
Menzies Distribution or Smiths News, in 4 weeks time from order. The Newspaper wholesalers then collect the money for the product from
the independent retailer 4 weeks later, using their Direct Debit facility, and 30-days following end of month, pays Innzone for all the
sales they have generated in the previous month. So their process of sales and distribution is remarkably easy and efficient - essentially
creating one single buying group and payment mechanism for 34,000 independent retailers.
