Innzone staff are trained from their very first day, on how to explain, market and sell a product into an independent retailer.

With nearly 6 years of sales experience and a first class customer services team, Innzone are experts in their field and simply the best in the country at what they do - taking a product to market and supporting it throughout.

Each product has a team of 4 telesales agents, who are employed & trained to sell the product to the independent retailer.

Through Newsdropnetwork, a mailer with information is always sent out to the target customer (inserted with their weekly newspaper invoice), prior to any calls being made, and then the team of 4 are instructed to canvass the 34,000 independent retailers over the course of a 12-month period.

The company ethos is to always maintain a fine balance between “introducing” and “selling” the product - working with our retail customers so no product is ever over-sold, mis-sold or even force-sold.

When we sell to a retailer, we are not only representing and using the name of Innzone but also the name of the product manufacturer, and that of the symbol group and/or major newspaper wholesalers (Menzies Distribution, Smiths News and/or Dawson News).

Innzone’s primary objective when selling any product or service, is to ensure all parties in the supply chain are always 100% satisfied.
